I have been crazy busy with work, with an event that we held at my house, and with Pennsic prep.  I do not even know how to catch up with everything at this time! That being said, I am going to repost a few of the recent Pennsic updates here again for folks who might, somehow, still have missed the info.

You need to know this… Featured Posted on June 12, 2013
  • Check-in for Pennsic 42 opens at noon (12 pm EDT) on Friday, July 19th 2013  and runs until noon (12:00 pm EDT) on Friday, August 2nd, 2013.
  • You may not drive into the campground until after your land has been assured in the Land Grab which is held on the Saturday, July 20th, at 9 am EDT in the Great Hall (N01).
  • All who arrive on Friday, July 19th, will need to remain with their cars on the battlefield until after Land Grab Saturday morning. For more information on land allocation and Land Grab visit the Land Office website.
  • If you are not a Land Agent (or their family or staff) and do not need to be onsite Friday we request that you schedule your arrival for after Land Grab on July 20th. This will help us avoid congestion on the Battlefield on Friday and allow Land Agents to do their work to assure your camping place.
  • Note: No coins will be accepted at Troll. Major credit cards are accepted.
  • Troll will be closed from Midnight to 6 am EDT Monday through Thursday of both weeks of War. If you arrive when Troll is closed then you can park and wait in the Battlefield. Porta-Johns will be nearby.
  • RV camping is allowed in designated locations by permission only. It has an additional fee of $50 for prepaid attendees and $100 for non-prepaid attendees.
  • Please check activity schedules carefully! Due to Pennsic shutting down one day earlier than in previous years, many activities including Opening and Closing Ceremonies, classes, battles, etc. are happening one day earlier than usual.
  • Please leave your camping space as good or better than you found it. Any groups who do not clean up their site before leaving may lose their land seniority for the future.
  • Site closes August 3rd, 2013, 12 pm EDT. All attendees and their personal property must be off site by noon on Saturday,  NO EXCEPTIONS.
Looking for something specific? Try the Site Map. If you have questions about anything Pennsic, check the Pennsic Staff Directory for the appropriate department / person to contact. Be sure you know the Pennsic 42 Site Rules for attendees, too.
